Welcome to Tariq’s Class (www.tariqsclass.com), an online platform offering SAT and SHSAT preparation courses and educational resources. By creating an account or enrolling in any course, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Account Use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Your login credentials are for your personal use only. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Course Access

You are granted access to the course(s) you purchase for personal educational use only.

Access may be revoked if your account violates these terms, including but not limited to account sharing or misuse of materials.

Access duration depends on the course type, including subscription-based access.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Free Trial

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Certain courses are offered as recurring subscriptions and may include a free trial period.

By enrolling in a subscription-based course, you agree that:

• You will receive a trial period (e.g., 2 days).
• After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.
• Your payment method will be charged $99 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account under:
My Account → Billing

• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• If you cancel after a billing cycle begins, you will not be charged again.
• You will continue to have access to the course until the end of your current billing period.

After that period, access will be removed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the billing date to avoid charges.

In limited cases, refund requests may be considered if:

• The request is submitted within 24 hours of the initial charge, and
• The course has not been significantly accessed or used after the charge.

Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

Refunds will not be issued if course content has been accessed, completed, or significantly used after the billing date.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, worksheets, questions, and materials, are the intellectual property of Tariq’s Class LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using this platform, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials
• Copy or distribute course content
• Use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
